Modern, comfortable rooms with lovely views and a helpful, responsive staff.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was great. The location couldn't be more marvellous and super within walking distance of everything. Altstadt district was worth staying in. They gave us an exceptionally nice and fine room with nice view.

The hotel was wonderful small and absolutely charming, truly enjoyed street view from our standard twin room. The venue location was good right in the middle of the downtown historic area.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was welcoming. The staff were helpful and had a sense of humour. The location was excellent and perfect in the historical centre of the city...

We really enjoyed this charming and delightful small hotel. the friendly staff working there made our stay even better. the central location of the hotel in the beer garden was great, and we felt secure with the very solid locked gate overnight.

The hotel's location was bangin' - right next to the Mainz Citadel and a stone's throw away from the Roman theatre. We even took a boat tour from Lake Constance to the North Sea! This place is perfect for young adventurers like us!

If I had to nitpick, it would be awesome if they had a club or a party spot within the hotel. We were in the mood to dance and have a wild time, but didn't find anything like that here.

We had a very good stay at this small hotel. Everything was great, including the pleasant views of the cathedral. It was in a central setting in the heart of Mainz. Close enough to the train station, the lovely Mainzer Altstadt, and shops and restaurants.

The room has a modern style with a lovely view, the staff are friendly and go above and beyond, and its great location adds to the appeal.

The room was exceptional and the bathroom was good, plus the property was centrally located. Rewritten: the room was amazing and the bathroom was nice, and the property was right in the middle of everything.

Convenient location near cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms with tidy bathrooms. Good breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff, even checked in on us before our early morning train. Excellent service and dining experience.

We had a great time staying at this hotel located in the heart of this city. The hotel facilities were fantastic and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. We were pleased with the convenient location next to bars, restaurants, and transportation options. The friendly staff made our stay even better, and the breakfast provided every morning was a real treat.

Can’t fault anything about it.
